[LCC Announce] Thanks for "walking"

Thanks for being a part of our current series, "Just Walk Across The
Room".  Have you found your view of people changed at all this week?  I
have, and I'll tell you about a conversation I had after church Sunday
afternoon at Sam's Club.  I walked across the room into the "Zone Of The
Unknown" and what I heard was a surprise... a sad one.

 

Regardless, I'm sensing a renewed passion to talk with other people and
see how the Holy Spirit will guide my conversations with them.  I hope
you are too because many people are so far from the Father and need Him.
Let's "shake" and "shine" (recall Matthew 5:13-15).

 

The feedback I'm receiving on Community Groups is really strong so far.
Many of the about 400 people are connecting with others, enjoying the
material and starting to meet new people at church.  I told you the
answer to almost every question is Jesus and Small Groups!  You can
still sign up for groups at church Sunday.  And we have a few study
guides left for sale as well.

 

This Sunday, I'll talk about "Living In 3D".  Once you walk across the
room and shake hands, you have to do something, right?  We'll explain
what you're next steps are.

 

Finally, I hope you sent your postcard out to the person who has helped
you find Christ or seek Him most.  I just sent mine out today and it
brought back great memories.
