Ignite Student Ministries
Ignite Student Ministries teens are in the Common Ground service on Thursday.  
Grades 6 - 12 meet on Sundays at both services in the youth room.

Common Ground Midweek Service
Join us this Thursday, January 7 at 7 pm for a new series "Strength For Stressful Times" a study in the book of 2 Thessalonians.  Kids Café is open for children age infant through 5th grade.  A new format will allow for Bible based questions at the end of the service.

Lakeshore Young Adults
Interested in meeting young adults on a regular basis?  Then the Lakeshore Young Adults group is for you.  The next meeting is Friday, January 8 at 7:30 pm  For more info contact Javier Malavé at 269-5710 or jmelectrica at gmail.com 

Lakeshore Dodgeball Tournament
First time ever!  You can do it!  Stop by Lakeshore on Saturday, January 9 to take part in a dodgeball tournament.  Registration for each participant is $7 and registration begins at 8 am.  More details at www.lccdodgeballtournament.blogspot.com 

Community Groups Start This Sunday
If you haven't signed up for a community group yet, you still have a chance this Sunday.  Groups will be meeting the week of January 10-16.  Stop by the Information Center for the current availability on the various groups.

Celebrate Recovery
What are some of your habits or hurts that you would like to work on this year?  Overeating?  Depression?  Anger?  Loss?  Lonely?  Discouraged?  Do you just need someone to listen without passing judgement?  Celebrate Recovery is not just about drugs and alcohol, it is a program designed to help with **ALL** of life's issues, if you have never been on a Friday night, you owe it to yourself to try it out, with God's healing power you do not have to walk your journey alone.  Dinner at 6pm, worship at 6:45, open share at 7:30.  A better life is just a few steps away!!
