[Nmic] Retreat

Calling all Men!!!!!! 
Please read this email:Guys I need some help here. We have had a retreat sign up sheet at the  NMIC table on Sundays for about 3 weeks or so and we only have 14 men that signed up to attend the retreat.
The problem we have is we need a minimun of 20 men  to attend per LeTourneau's  requirements. If we cancel this retreat and don't reschedule this year we will lose our deposit of 250.00.
    I am sending out this email to try to find out if there is an interest in attending for those who have not seen the sign up sheet, or who have not been to church in the past 3 weeks.  I know that as men we tend to procrastinate a bit. 
    The Second option is that we move the retreat to November 19 & 20th (This date is still open)we will not lose our deposit if we schedule it for this date. We will however consider canceling the Iron Sharpens Iron Conference since that is in October.
The Third option is that we cancel the retreat altogether and go to ISI in October, we will however lose our deposit.  We need to know the your thoughts.

Could you please give this some serious consideration and prayer and please let me and Tom Saluzzo know by this Thursday, April 8.

I would like all men to respond to this email so we can have an idea where we stand for this retreat and so the leaders can make the final call as to whether we hold it in April or in November or whether we hold it at all this year.
