[Womensconnection] Upcoming Women's Connection Events

Hi Ladies:

Hope all is well with you this summer.  I just wanted to touch base and let you know there's no women's monthly event planned for August - thought we'd take the month off since everyone tends to be very busy at this time.  But there are some things to put on your calendar for September, etc.

Our September monthly meeting is scheduled for Saturday, 9/19 at 9:00 - we meet in Room 110A/B for coffee, then get started with the program about 9:15.  Topic for the day - "I Didn't See That Coming!" 

And believe it or not it's nearly retreat time already.  October 9-11 is our date this year, so get your friends together and plan to reserve your room when tickets go on sale in September.  We'll be building the weekend around the book "Becoming a Woman of Freedom", which you hopefully received on Mother's Day this year.

Saturday, 11/21 at 9:00 is our monthly meeting date for November and the last regular meeting for 2009!  "Layer of Protection" is the topic.

Finally, we wrap up the year with our Christmas Brunch on Saturday, December 12th.  

Please mark your calendar and plan to attend one or all of these events.  We're here to serve you, our precious sisters in Christ, and hope to play a part in bringing LCC women closer to Christ and eachother.
